2021 Perkins-Tryon Faculty and Staff Appreciation Day.
This year's event will be held Monday, August 16, 2021.
Set up begins at 7:00 a.m., at the Perkins-Tryon High School Gym.
* Please park on the north side of the gym (between the gym and the football field), and enter the gym through the north doors. That puts you right on the gym floor.
Set up will be the same as it was last year:
- Vendors will be set in the gym.
- The refreshments and door prize drawings will take place in the Commons.
DOOR PRIZE DRAWING:
We ask everyone who participates in this event to provide a door prize for the drawing.
In addition, even if you are not able to join us that day to set up a booth - if you are still willing to participate by providing a door prize to our wonderful Teachers, that would be greatly appreciated!!!
All door prizes can be dropped off at the Perkins-Tryon High School Commons that morning, August 16, starting at 7:00 a.m. For those donating AND setting up a booth, please drop off your door prize drawing items at the Commons before coming over to set up your booth in the Gym.
Door prizes can also be dropped off early by bringing them by the Perkins Chamber Office, located inside Perkins City Hall, 110 N. Main, Perkins, attn: Eric Lovelace, anytime between now and Friday, August 13. We can also make arrangements to pick up door prizes if we need to - just let us know.
For 2021 Chamber Members, setting up a booth at this event is FREE. If you are NOT a 2021 paid Chamber member, the fee for participating can be found on the application attached below. Please note that paying your fee to participate in this event will also result in immediate Chamber membership for one year.
ALL PARTICIPANTS (those setting up a booth, those donating door prizes, and those doing both) ARE ASKED TO PLEASE FILL OUT AND RETURN THE FORM ATTACHED BELOW, SO WE KNOW WHO IS COMING, by Thursday, August 12!!! For 2021 members, those forms can be returned via e-mail. For those paying to participate, please remit payment along with the form to: Perkins Community Chamber of Commerce, Attn: P-T School Appreciation Day, PO Box 502, Perkins, OK 74059.
Also for those who have not participated before, please plan on seeing around 180-200 people that day walk past your booth. With all teachers, administrators, and staff, we have around 200 employees in the P-T School System
Bags will be provided to all teachers and staff at the beginning of the line.
