Time: 5-7 p.m.

Place: Perkins-Tryon Intermediate / Perkins-Tryon Elementary School Drive (enter from the south on Sadler Rd.)

The Monster Mash was stared by the Perkins Chamber of Commerce in 1986 as a safe alternative to door-to-door trick-or-treating for children on Halloween.  Historically this free event was held each year in the Elementary School Gym.  In 2020, things changed, and we moved to a drive-through only  Trunk-or-Treat event, with the Chamber and other businesses in town providing candy to kids as they drove by.  After such a successful turnout the last two years, and due to the fact that we have simply outgrown the gym space, the trunk-or-treat style drive-through event will continue in 2022. 

If your business would also like to participate by handing out your own bags of candy, you are more than welcome to!  Just plan on being in place by 4:45pm on the 31st!
