Perkins chamber annual scholarship

The Perkins Community Chamber of Commerce is proud to support the future of our community by offering our Annual Scholarship. This program is designed to recognize and assist outstanding local students as they pursue higher education and career goals.

We believe in investing in the next generation of leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals who will help strengthen and grow our community.

Scholarship Overview

The PCCC Annual Scholarship is awarded to students who demonstrate:

• Academic achievement

• Leadership and community involvement

• Strong character and integrity

• Commitment to their future educational or career goals

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be a graduating senior from Perkins-Tryon public schools

• Plan to attend an accredited college, university, or technical program

• Meet all application requirements and deadlines

Application Process

To apply, students must submit an application form which includes:

• Contact information for student and parent/guardian

• Grade Point Average (GPA)

• Rank in class

• School planning to attend

• Course of study

• Extracurricular activities

• Brief summary (150 words or less) indicating your reason for wanting to be considered for this scholarship and explain your intentions in pursuing further study and career upon graduation.

• Letters of recommendation (optional, but recommended)

All materials must be submitted by April 10th, 2026.
